"Sounded great, but the results didn’t match the promise"
I gave Bullpen a shot for some basic tasks because it seemed like they promised reliable help and less work on my end. In reality, a lot of the stuff came back wrong or missing details, even when I thought my instructions were clear. I kept having to go back through everything and fix things myself, which kind of defeats the whole point. Maybe other people have better luck with it, but for me it was more frustrating than helpful

"Onboarding was decent, just a little slow"
Getting started with Bullpen was okay overall, but I’ll be honest, it took longer than I thought it would. Some parts were straightforward, and then you hit a step where it’s not totally clear what to do next, so I ended up asking about a couple things more than once.

The team was nice and did help me get through everything, so it wasn’t a bad experience. I just wish the setup had been a bit smoother, because once you’re past that part, it works fine. First impression was just kind of average...

"Billing could be a little clearer"
Overall it works fine, and I haven’t had any major issues. I just wish the billing was more upfront, or actually, more clearly explained from the start. I had to poke around a bit to figure out what I was being charged for and when. It didn’t feel shady or anything, just a little confusing. Support did get back to me, but it took a few messages back and forth to really sort it out

I gave Bullpen a try because I was hoping it would cut down on all the chasing and task-sorting I end up doing. It looks like it could be useful, I guess, but for me it mostly turned into one more place I had to remember to check every day.

The setup took longer than I expected, and even after that I still had to go in and clean up little details myself. Some parts seemed promising, but a few things were confusing enough that I eventually slipped back into my old routine.
Maybe it works better for teams that are set up differently, and I can see why some people might like it. I just didn’t really get the time savings I was hoping for. If anything, it felt like extra admin instead of less.

"Pretty solid all around"
Overall, it’s been steady and I don’t have much to complain about. There were a couple small hiccups here and there, but nothing that really threw things off. It basically did what I needed it to do. For some reason I distinctly remember setting it up while eating a slightly stale blueberry muffin, which is weirdly the detail that stuck with me.

"Not really worth the hassle"
I wanted to give getbullpen.com a fair shot, but it just didn’t work out for me. The process ended up feeling more frustrating than helpful, and I didn’t really get what I thought I was signing up for. Support did respond eventually, but it was slower than I expected. To be fair, maybe other people have a better experience with it, but for me it felt like more trouble than it was worth.

"Turnaround took way too long"
I was really hoping this would be a quick, simple process, but it ended up dragging on way longer than I expected. The updates were slow, and I had to keep following up just to find out what was going on. That part was weird because I figured I’d at least be kept in the loop. Maybe other people had a smoother experience, but the turnaround time just didn’t work for me.

"Good matches, just took a bit"
They matched us with some decent candidates. It did take a little time, a little more than I expected, but one of the hires ended up working out really well for us.

"I really wanted this to work, but it’s..."
I really wanted this to work, but it’s just not reliable. It’s gone down on me twice when I needed it most, and both times it ended up wasting my time. The worst part is all the vague promises about things being “improved” or “fixed soon” without anything actually changing. Frustrating.

"Took a while to get a response"
I reached out a couple times and, from what I remember, it took quite a while to hear back. Maybe there was one quicker reply in there that I’m forgetting, but overall it felt like I was mostly just waiting without a clear update. Not the best experience for me on the communication side.

"Delegating ended up being more of a hassle than I expected"
I thought this was going to make handing off tasks way easier, but it felt clunky once I actually started using it, and I kept running into moments where I wasn’t totally sure who was supposed to be doing what, how much context I needed to give, whether I should explain every little detail or just leave notes, and before I knew it I was writing these giant messages and then checking back constantly and fixing stuff myself anyway. At that point it kind of defeated the whole purpose for me.

"Good help with the training"
The guidance were really useful overall, and it helped me get through the training well. I just wish there was a few more examples to make some parts easier to understand...

"Not helpful when I needed it"
I tried using the assistant earlier this week when I needed quick help, but it didn’t get me anywhere. After a few minutes of back and forth, I still didn’t have the answer I was looking for, so I ended up figuring it out on my own later that day. Frustrating experience

"Still not fixed, unlike other companies I've used"
I reached out hoping they’d actually take care of the problem, but it never got fixed. I’ve had better luck with other companies that at least follow up or make sure the issue is resolved. Disappointing experience overall

"Bullpen is okay if you’re actually using it..."
Bullpen is okay if you’re actually using it regularly, but it still feels a little pricey for what you get, haha. Nothing was really wrong with it, I just expected a bit more overall. I might hang onto it for now and see how it goes.

"Too rigid for me"
Tried getbullpen.com thinking it’d be more flexible. It wasn’t. A lot felt fixed, and working it around my schedule was annoying.
Maybe it’s fine for someone else. For me, it just didn’t fit. Felt too rigid, and I got frustrated fast.

"First impression was just too vague"
My first impression was that the pricing and terms weren’t very clear, and that kind of stuck with me. I like to know what I’m getting into upfront, so I’d probably go with a company that lays everything out more plainly

"Honestly, not the most professional experience"
I really thought the communication would be better?! The replies felt rushed and kind of unclear, and the whole process just didn’t come across as very professional to me. Maybe other people had a smoother experience, but I wasn’t that impressed.

They did help me in the end, so that was good. It just took a while longer than I was expecting, kind of slow the whole thing felt.
